Key Information for Participants:

1. With a limited seat availability for only 45 participants, we encourage you to act swiftly to secure your spot and avoid missing out!

 

2. Participants should be prepared for extensive walking during the tour, which might be strenuous for some. If walking is a challenge for you, please note you might miss out on certain excursions.

 

3. Please be advised that this is an adults-only tour; individuals under 18 will not be accommodated.

 

4. Cost per person (married & sharing rooms):  US$2,588. See payment terms below

*  For a single room supplement, add US$1,400 to this cost.

*  If numbers drop below 30 pax, the cost per person goes up to US$2,688.

 

The tour package covers:

• Accommodations: 10 nights in various 3 or 4 star hotels

• Tour: 10 full days of private guided touring with luxury bus transportation

• Arrival and departure transfers (only on the official start and end dates)

• Welcome services upon arrival

• Access to all sites and activities listed in the itinerary below (Please note that the itinerary is subject to change if necessary)

 

The following is not included in the tour costs:

• Accommodation for extra nights, before or after tour concludes

• Daily lunches

• Personal shopping expenses

• Gratuities for the driver and guide (Suggested Minimum Tip: $10 per person per day for the guide, $7 per person per day for the driver)

• Travel and medical insurance

• Any item or activity not mentioned below

• Optional activities

 

Payment terms:

• US$1000 per person non refundable deposit

• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival day

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 60-90 days before arrival, cancellation fee of 50% charged

• 30-60 days before arrival date, cancellation fee of 75% charged

• 0-30 days before arrival date, cancellation fee of 100% charged
